Registering your kit is important because it helps our labs stay organized and ensure that we deliver you accurate test results. To register your kit:
- Type in your 9 digit Kit ID Number, which you can find on the registration card in your kit, into the “Kit Registration ID” field without any spaces.
- Choose your password. It must be at least 8 characters long and contain a mix of lowercase and uppercase letters as well as numbers. Our security system will let you if your password is strong enough.
- Next, you will need to verify your email address. We will send you an email, simply click the link to verify your address. You have 15 minutes to complete email verification after receiving your link, but don’t worry — if you are unable to complete verification in this time, you will have the ability to request a new verification code.
- Complete the remaining questions in our registration process and you will be logged into your account dashboard. This is where you will be able to see your results when they are available. We will send you an email notification when your results have been uploaded so be sure to remember your account password.
